Exchanges must be processed within 1-2 days after receiving product. Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order must be placed for the exchanged items. In order to process a return please follow our return instructions to return the unwanted merchandise and place a new order for the items you wish to receive. We only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong Size
- Wrong Style or Color
- Damage or Defective Product
If you have received the wrong size upon arrival please contact Customer Service via phone or email. Please refer to our size chart for clarification.

If you have received the wrong style or color upon arrival please contact Customer Service via phone or email. Product will be replaced if found to be our error.
Damaged or Defective Product
If you have received damaged or defective products upon arrival please contact Customer Service immediately. This does not include normal wear and tear or damages due to improper fit, alterations or misuse of your Floppie product.
